In the middle of the green rural environment and with a view that goes from the sea to the mountains, the outdoor leisure area has a jacuzzi, shower, sun beds, swing and barbecue. For the colder days, the living room has a salamander stove and a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
With two bedrooms on the upper floor, both with double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, this property has a maximum capacity for 6 people.

The house is located in the western part of Madeira Island, specifically in Arco da Calheta, a parish in the municipality of Calheta. Being located in a rural area, nearby, about two minutes walk, you will find only one grocery store. Twelve minutes by car from the historical center of Calheta, you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, the artificial yellow sandy beach and the Porto Recreio da Calheta.
Near the house you will find the Miradouro das Florenças, which you can visit on foot or by car and where you can enjoy the incredible view over Arco da Calheta and the sea.
The city of Funchal is 45 minutes away by car.
