The House of Souto, formerly a single dwelling was divided into two independent dwellings at its recovery in 2012, one of T1 and another type T2. The house is stone, and its rustic aspect was maintained, however ensuring that the inside would provide every modern comfort to its inhabitants. The house is on the Quinta da Souto's Causeway for a short way around the vineyard. Overlooking the vineyard and the valley enjoys a quiet atmosphere and great peace, being a refuge for those who want a vacation in the countryside, only disturbed by the chirping of birds.

The Souto House emerged from a recovery in 2012 made the old houses existing on Thursday. The current house retains its old building, with stone walls and the interior courtyard, built in a modern structure for convenience of the inhabitants. The house is set in the countryside, in quiet rural surroundings, in front of a thriving and modern vineyard with about 5 acres and surrounded by the area's own flora, such as walnut, sycamore, chestnut and Carvalhas.
The house and the pool can enjoy themselves a privileged view over the vineyard and the valley to the mountains across the river.
