Summary: The location was good, right next to the metro and major shopping mall. However there are some issues with the hotel; 1) The rooms use portable AC units which mine really didn't help that much. 2) Being a hotel converted from a historical residential building the room originally did not have a toilet / shower which was latter on added to the room (hence being very tight in its dimensions) my knees were touching the wall as sitting at the toilet. 3) There was no personal safe in the room to put your valuables. Besides that it was ok.
