**Our home suffered a severe fire at the beginning of the year and is currently being rebuilt. The floor plan will be mostly the same with some small changes. Our Carolina room will be transformed into a screened in porch with a TV. Our kitchen will be more open and it will include a built in coffee bar. The whole home will be updated and everything brand new. Please reach out with any questions about the changes to our home.
This peaceful, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath lake view home is the perfect getaway ideal for a single family or various smaller groups. It is walking distance from the Deer Lake Community Pool and just a golf cart ride away from the most relaxing beach around. This house is located within the private neighborhood of Deer Lake. It sleeps 6 comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table which overlooks the lake. The large back deck sits right by the lake and is the perfect spot for quiet mornings. After a long day at the beach, relax in the hot tub over looking the lake! The hot tub is professionaly serviced after each guest. Sibumi Shade available to rent for $45/week or $7/day

Fripp Club Amenity cards are available for purchase with this rental and offer access to club pools, restaurants, tennis courts and golf courses. Eash guest 13 years of age and older must have a club card in order to access the Club's facilities. A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
