Part of the Pine Avenue restoration of 2008, the goal was to preserve the village-like feel of the street, as well as create a mixed-use space for boutique shopping, dining, and upscale residential living. This beautifully updated home is just a short walk or bike ride to everything that makes Anna Maria special. You are just three blocks from the sunrise at The City Pier and two blocks from sunset on the Gulf of Mexico.
Outside, you’ll find two large, covered balconies, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The front balcony overlooks the hustle and bustle of Pine Avenue, while the second balcony in the back overlooks your private, heated pool. Relax in the sun and spend the afternoon cooking out on the lanai with the gas grill.
Inside, you’ll find wide-open living areas with vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light and spacious bedrooms. The space features designer furnishings and stunning reclaimed wood floors. In the kitchen, you’ll find granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with plenty of room for the chef to make magic happen!
