Beautiful three bedroom home, situated on a quiet street. 2 minute walk to little Sarasota bay. 15-20 minute drive to the well known Siesta key beach, Venice, and Nokomis beaches. 45-50 minute drive to beautiful Anna Maria Island where you can visit Bradenton, Coquina or Cortez beaches. St Armand’s Circle, Selby Gardens and the Mote Aquarium are close by as well. The house is surrounded by many amazing restaurants, movie theaters, Publix, Target, Kohls and much more. After a day at the beach come relax on the Lanai and listen to all the song birds, ospreys, and bald Eagles while viewing the lush Florida landscape. Enjoy the fruits of your labor literally when the mangos, papayas, citrus, and figs are ripe. Our family has enjoyed this home for more than a dozen years, each year adding to our special memories.
