The lower floor is inhabited by the owners with independent access. The house has 4 good-sized bedrooms with double beds, one with a cot, wardrobe, chair and dresser. It has two bathrooms, one large with a bathtub and bidet, and another smaller one with just a shower. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue in an enclosed area and a small pantry. It also has a spacious common area with a living room and dining room. Bed linen and towels are always provided at no extra cost.
