Two versatile dining tables also serve as work or entertainment spaces. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave.
On the ground floor, there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed equipped with a TV and direct access to the outdoor space. A full bathroom is also at your disposal. Upstairs, three bedrooms, all with TVs, await you. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, while the third is a suite that opens onto a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Sintra Mountains. All beds are adorned with hotel-quality linens for your comfort, and the bathrooms are equipped with clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The outdoor space offers a small side and front patio with grass, a dining table, and a barbecue, along with a convenient outdoor bathroom. When you park your car, you'll notice that the space is open, without a fence to the neighbouring house, but it provides complete privacy for a fantastic stay.

Take a stroll through the breathtaking Park and National Palace of Pena, lose yourself in the mysterious Quinta da Regaleira, and marvel at the grandeur of the Sintra National Palace. Get close to nature with a visit to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. And if you're looking for a bite to eat or a refreshing drink, look no further than local eateries such as Adega do Saraiva, O Padeiro and Caricato. There are a few beaches close to the apartment: the beach of Maçãs and Grande at 4km away, Adraga Beach at 7km, and Azenhas do Mar at 4kms.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
