We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection.
There is an open space area where you can find a nice comfortable D-couch bed to relax after a long day in the city.
You also have a dinner table and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious homemade meals for you and your family/friends.
From the living room, you'll find access to the balcony where you can enjoy the view.
The bedroom, with a double-sized bed, is fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure your comfort.
The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, as well as the usual mirror and toilet.
We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.

Our property is in Carcavelos, one of the largest on the Lisbon coast (it’s the biggest between Lisbon and Cascais). Its strong waves and surf schools attract surfers and bodyboarders, and its over 1km of sand is quite popular among volleyball and beach soccer players, who find nets waiting for them. The promenade also attracts skaters and joggers, even in wintertime, and there are pull-up bars and other fitness equipment. Between the months of May and September there are wicker parasols for rent and massage services. Many of the crowd-pleasing restaurants and bars with outdoor seating are open throughout the year.
It is easy to get around Lisbon on foot via Metro; you can catch the Tram as it is easily accessible and convenient
Alternatively, taxis and buses are available at your convenience.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
