The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
For your convenience if you are travelling by car, a private parking place will be at your disposal, for free.

The studio's location is in Gaia, the Southern Douro river bank, opposite Porto, specifically nearby Arrabida Bridge.
This one is a quiet residential area and only a few steps away from one of the biggest Shopping Centers in the Northern region: Arrabida Shopping Center. This means that all the 20 cinema rooms, the restaurant facilities, gym, supermarket and all the shops in there will be so easily accessible for you.
Not far from home, you'll also be able to explore the Port Wine cellars, most of them located by the riverside, as well as the traditional restaurants offering fantastic terraces with nice views over the UNESCO's world patrimony area.
Don't miss the chance to walking along the river and crossing the two-level iron D. Luis Bridge, this is a fabulous tour!
The easiest way to reach the apartment is by car but there is a bus stop 500 m from there, for several bus lines connecting the area to Porto downtown and to the metro station. The riverside is 20 minutes walk and Arrabida shopping center is 4 minutes walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is only 20 minutes far with a car ride.
Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
