The Accommodation
Our property is approximately 100000 m² in size, and we’re just a stone’s throw from the beautiful town of Lagos and all its beaches, the marina, and much more. Herdade do Castanheiro was once a farm with (horses, cows, sheep, etc.). We are surrounded by many very old cork oak trees; we have a small orchard with orange trees, as well as fig trees, olive trees, lemon and lime trees, some grapevines, and a variety of other species. Enjoy the tranquility of rural life in the countryside.
So feel free to walk around and enjoy the scenery and nature.
We have a covered barbecue area that you can use outdoors under a parasol.
We currently have a lovely family of cows grazing on our land. Please enjoy watching them, but respect them and always keep your distance.
We recently purchased this property and have started a new chapter in our lives. We hope you have a great time and look forward to your feedback.
