With great comfort for 4 people, it is located in a quiet street in the historic center, in the highly sought-after "Barreta" district of Olhão. Neighborhood located on the seafront, with its many bars, restaurants, and its daily fish market very famous throughout the Algarve. The market is very close, you will have the privilege of getting there on foot in two minutes. Parking is free on the street, you can forget your car for a stay, change of pace. As we will succumb to the sweetness of life in Olhão, you will come back! You will spend unforgettable moments on the large panoramic terrace with a 360° view. It is a living room in its own right that is very popular at any time of the day. It is equipped with a sliding pergolas, a kitchen with gas plancha, sink, refrigerator, cooking domino, crockery. It is a summary of everything you need to prepare meals outdoors, with friends or family. Fishing is the main economic activity of this small town that has been able to go through the decades without losing its soul. The welcoming Portuguese population is very present. We do not meet among Northern Europeans as is often the case in many cities of the Western Algarve. Faro Airport is 15 minutes away, Seville Airport 1h30. There is a bus connection between the 2 airports. Olhão is about 50km from the Spanish border, ideal for an Andalusian getaway. Called a cubist city because of its Moorish architecture, Olhão is in the heart of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, which gives it charm and authenticity. The Ria Formosa, one of the five most popular sites in Portugal, can be visited on foot, by bike or by boat. The lagoon that protects Olhão from the onslaught of the ocean is a place for a walk where everyone meets for a drink on one of its many terraces from which you can admire the incessant movement of birds and boats. The sunsets are magical... It is also the departure point of the ferry to the sublime sandy beaches of Armona, Culatra & Farol. To be specified before your arrival. 1 bathroom with shower 90x160cm, washbasin, WC 2nd floor: 1 living room with satellite TV, office area, small balcony. 3rd floor: large terrace with summer kitchen equipped with a cooking domino, sink and fridge, crockery and small appliances, washing machine, plancha, Fermob garden furniture. The manually operated sliding pergola will protect you from the heat of the sun, it will accompany your meals and moments of relaxation.
