Ample sunbathing terraces, lawns and flowerbeds surround the pool (12 X 6.5 metres). The depth is from 1.45 to 2.20 metres. Pool side shower, excellent covered barbecue area, toilet, games room with pool table, table tennis and football table.

Shops - Minimarket in the village, next to the Café (on main road). Open daily from 8 am to 7 pm. Closed on Sundays.Various supermarkets, cafés and a bakery in the village, about 8 kilometres away. Restaurants - Normal restaurant hours are as follows: Lunch: 12 pm to 2.30 pm / Dinner: 8 pm to 10.30 pmThere are several restaurants in the nearest town, Pareders de Coura.Banks - Nearest bank is in the village centre. The furnishings are of a very high standard, with attractive decor throughout the house. In addition to the main house - which dates back to the XVII century -there is a new building with 3 bedrooms and delightful views over the swimming pool and valley. The living area is beautifully decorated with comfortable seating and doors leading onto a large patio ideal for alfresco dining. Each of the six bedrooms is privileged to its own ensuite bathroom. Outside, the well maintained garden with lawns, chestnut, orange and cherry trees is set out on different levels with terraces leading down to the large swimming pool. The barbecue area is superb and fitted with all you need to prepare the meals. In addition to the private swimming pool, guests have the use of a games room with table tennis, table football and pool table - a delight for aduls and children.
