The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 single, a modernised bathroom. Large terrace from where you can still see a glimpse of the River Douro. Small enclosed garden and access to the vineyards with fruit trees and vegetable garden. We put this HOUSE at your disposal where you can relax for a few days, take part in fun excursions, visit ancient monuments and enjoy magnificent landscapes that are World Heritage Sites!
It is an old house that has been improved to receive guests exclusively. The bedrooms have large windows overlooking the vineyards, the living/dining room is spacious, the kitchen is equipped and the full bathroom has been modernised. The terrace is very large and overlooks the vineyards and the Douro River. It's peaceful and great for sunbathing, eating and gazing at the stars at night. Around it is a small enclosed garden, green spaces for relaxing, the vineyards and the vegetable garden.
The village is very small and quiet, but it is close to Santa Marta de Penaguião and Peso da Régua, where there are cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. Lamego and Vila Real are nearby towns to visit.
There is parking space next to the house.
Unfortunately we still don't have public sanitation in the village, so all paper should be put in the rubbish bin.
