The lower ground floor features a twin bedroom (two single beds), a bedroom with one double bed and two single beds (en-suite), plus a separate bathroom.On the ground floor, there is a double en-suite bedroom (double bed), a twin bedroom that can be configured as a double, and an additional bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and a games room with a snooker table ensure entertainment and convenience. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all bedrooms guarantee comfort in every season.Outside, Villa Valentina boasts three terraces with lounge and al fresco dining areas, plus a tranquil garden with a large swimming pool (heatable at extra cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests.From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
