Stairs just off the living room take you to the downstairs laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. Stairs near the front door entry on the main floor take you upstairs to the 2 bedrooms and full bathroom.
The neighborhood is very safe and is a short walk to the WVU Mountaineer football stadium and Ruby Memorial hospital. Restaurants and shopping are just a short drive (minutes) away.
