Located 3 minutes from the beach on foot, this house offers comfort and tranquillity all year round. The house consists of a kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Just around the corner you have all the shops you need for your well-being!
The house is located in an old fishermen's street next to the beach and was completely renovated. Our intention was to create a quiet, comfortable and functional home where family and/or friends could relax after a day of leisure. It has calm and neutral colors alluding to the beach. Its decoration is simple and functional, with plenty of storage space in order to respect the organization of each family or the individuality of each member of the group of friends. The open kitchen next to the common areas (lounge / dining room) allows people to interact well. However, private spaces are also well defined and functional in order to respect moments of rest and privacy. The house is also designed for children. The room with two beds was designed so that the children have enough room to play. The oven has a safety device and all the windows open vertically, allowing to ventilate the house while keeping the children safe.
There is also a protective barrier on stairs for the safety of toddlers. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and storage space. The kitchen has the necessary utensils and is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator and storage space.
The apartment have a self check-in locker, no need to be worried about the time of arrival.
The house also provides free WiFi internet and a television with dozens of channels available.
People staying in the house for 5 days or more have access to the washing machine and can hang up linen outside.
