Summary: When we check in on dec 24th we were put in room 319 the room was not clean then we were put in 105 in that plugs in the bathroom didn't work the facuet that turn the water on and off was broke dec 27 we were waking up by fire alarm we had to go outside and wait for the fire department to find out there was no fire the front desk didn't know how to turn the alarm off. I ask on the dec 27th around 10 am could we have a late check they yes until 12 but when i check the same day and night it was not put in the system. Then on my check out day the housekeeping start at 10:30 rushing us to leave the room .
