All you need for that family get away! Our condo sits right beside the water allowing you to sit on the deck while the kids fish and feed the ducks right in front of you. (This unit allows you to access the walkway from the deck which takes you to the pool, docks, lake side, and lake swim area. You came to be at the lake; you might as well sit right beside it.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located in Southwood Shores, close to Four Seasons off Horseshoe Bend at the 12-mile marker.
The condo is tastefully decorated and features a LCD TV with HD cable/DVD in living room. The master bedroom includes HD cable TV/DVD along with your personal entrance to the deck. The guest bedroom has Cable TV/DVD. The condo is equipped with wireless internet and there is also internet available for your use at the club house, while watching the kids swim in the indoor pool or hot tub.
During your stay, enjoy some selections from our personal movie collection that will entertain both the kids and adults alike. There are also books and board games for family bonding time during your stay. The bedrooms and deck have ceiling fans and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your vacation. The condo has granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There are also a washer and dryer in the condo if you need to do laundry during your stay. Make sure you set aside some time to relax on your private deck that overlooks the lake.
The amenities in this complex are unmatched. Most complexes only have an outdoor pool. The amenities at Southwood Shores includes: outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, lake swim area w/swim dock, tennis/pickleball, basketball, shuffle board, kids playground, horseshoe pit, and fish cleaning station.
There is a boat ramp on site and boat slips are available to rent through Southwood Shores.
*Remember when comparing different condos that many complexes are very large, with a long walk or have to drive to the pool. We are only 3 buildings from the pool and ours is one of the few units, this close to the pool, that you can walk right off the deck to the walkway that leads to the pool and the docks.
* There are steps to our unit but this is what puts you right down beside the lake. Once you are in the condo all you have to do is step right off your deck to access the lake, docks and walkway that leads to the pool and to the lake swim area.
