All of the air conditioned bedrooms are situated on the ground floor; 3 are accessed from the main hall and a 4th is accessed through a corridor and games room (currently housing gym equipment, a drinks fridge and a full sized ping-pong table). 2 of the bedrooms are en-suite while the other 2 share the main bathroom. A spiral marble stair case leads up to the living/dining area and the kitchen. Outside is the stunning and well maintained garden and pool.
The house is located in the sought after area of Montinhos da Luz, 2km walk to Praia da Luz beach or a few minutes by car or Uber. There is also a regular bus service to Luz/Burgau or beyond.
