Positive: The location is fantastic, there's plenty to see in Belem. The city centre is within easy reach with great public transport links. If you're the type of person who hates camping don't book this you'll just be upsetting yourself and the owner leaving a negative review of the type of place you shouldn't have booked in the first place. If you do have that sense of adventure however this is a great little place to stay and see Lisbon. The toilet block isn't as far as I expected having read reviews before booking I thought it'd be miles away but it's next to the marina gate nearest the boat. There's no running water in the boat which makes sense when you stop and think about it, if the owner left water in the tank it'd get old if there's no bookings for a week so if you intend to use the kettle like I did just buy water from the shops nearby.

Negative: Nothing really I had a great time staying there, my only minor complaint would be the boat smelt a bit musty upon arrival but leaving the hatch open for a bit soon cleared that. The marinas WiFi is average at best and occasionally dropped out but that's not the owners fault.
