Take advantage of the terrific location, walk to the beach, local eateries or drive the short distance to The Cut, local shops or the golf course. Mandurah’s only 15 minutes away, or bring the boat and explore the wonders of the Estuary. Terrific!

This holiday home offers a great combination of terrific location, plenty of space, a garden and a great beachy vibe. Comfortably sleeping 7, it has the bonus of a living area both upstairs and down - perfect with kids or two families.
The upstairs hosts the main open plan living, with views out to sea, and plenty of comfortable sofa seating both in front of the smart TV and in the sunroom area. The dining suite is conveniently off the kitchen. This area is air-conditioned for your comfort. Well-equipped, the kitchen has a free-standing oven and hob, a microwave and air fryer. No dishwasher but with views of the ocean it’s not a hard task to wash up! There are two Queen bedrooms upstairs, both with ceiling fans and robes, and the family bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.
The balcony is a major boon, with views of the ocean, a BBQ and seating, and stairs down to the garden which is immense and ideal for a game of cricket. Watch the sunset over the water from your balcony with a glass of wine in hand - heavenly! Note that this house is NOT ideal for young children as the balcony presents a risk hazard.
Downstairs the second lounge has more sofas and a wall-mounted gaming TV. The bedroom is generous in size, housing a Queen bed and a single and also has a ceiling fan. There is a washing machine in the laundry/ stairwell area for your use and an outdoor dining suite undercover below the balcony.
Everything is well thought out for guests and tastefully furnished with a beachy theme. With free WiFi and plenty of parking it’s a great holiday home.

This is a great location for a holiday. Falcon is a quiet residential suburb with a superb beach and a great local shopping centre. The beach is less than 300 metres walk from the house so you can spend the morning there and pop back for lunch. Enjoy the surf, laze on the glorious white sand and feel the stress of daily life melt away.
If you enjoy nature there are plenty of coastal walks or head over to the Estuary side and enjoy the multitude of birds and wildlife along the foreshore. Bring your boat and use the local boat ramp, go fishing and crabbing and meet the pelicans.
There are plenty of golf courses to choose from as well as 4 wheel driving beaches to enjoy. Wineries and local breweries might also appeal, or enjoy a trip to the spa for some self-indulgence.
In terms of eateries, there are so many choices: from the local strip in Falcon to foreshore options at The Cut to an enormous range of restaurants, cafes and pubs at Mandurah which is only a 15 minute drive away. You’ll also find some retail outlets to explore there and a host of entertainment options for the kids.
