There is also a dock available to those that wish to bring boats or simply want to watch one of Florida's breathtaking sunrises in the morning.

As you drive into the property you will see the 9 meticulously landscaped acres that the houses sit on, where you will see anything from Royal Palms to Mango trees.

Included with this house are the pool and hot tub and, as mentioned previously, you will also have access to the various amenities located throughout the property, such as the volleyball court, pickle ball court, pavilion, gazebos, and dock space.
