Guests have access to the entire house. Laundry service (we do it) is offered (wash, dry, fold) for 10 Euro per load.
Other things to note
1) There is air conditioning and heating throughout the house. Since it is integrated, one room cannot have the heat on while the other has air conditioning. Each unit can have varying degrees of temperatures, however, everyone must agree to choose whether they want hot or cool air.
2) A set of keys will be provided (electronic gate and front door). Please do not lose them or take them with you. We will have to charge a 50-euro fee if so.
3) Self check in via key code box by front door.
4) BBQ grill on terrace.
