It is composed by a wind mill and two independent houses, sitting on a 4000 m2 of land, mostly garden, which is crossed by an old lava flow where rain water runs from the mountain of Seven Cities to the ocean.
Built in the 19th century, with 360 degrees view over the sea and surroundings on the top floor.
