Summary: Upon check-in we were greeted by Christiana-she was exceptional and hopefully a valued employee! Top notch. She reviewed everything and shared a few things going on in the area that might be worth a visit. Upon coming and going at the hotel she asked us how our day was and made sure we were always all set. We had dinner at the restaurant-our waitress was amazing. Friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. We didn’t finish our wine & cheese/olives/bread board so she offered to pack it up so we could take back to our room. Lovely experience and the food was spectacular. My husband got the beef and mushrooms and I got the salmon-both our dishes were wonderful. Lovely little village-worth a stay as it’s a short drive to Porto without all the hustle and bustle of a city.
