Its located on the East side of Albufeira being only 30 minutes walk to the New Town and less than 10 mins drive to some stunning beaches. There is a café just opposite the condo, a couple of restaurants/bars and a supermarket within 15 minutes walk. The condo offers one large and one children's swimming pool so perfect for families and surrounded by grass where you can sunbathe or let the children play. The house has 2 double bedrooms which all lead onto one large terrace and has 2 bathrooms. The house has a very sociable lounge/diner which leads off to the well equipped kitchen and a very large terrace. If you like Al Fresco dining there is a charcoal BBQ and table and chairs for those lazy evenings to enjoy the good food and Portuguese wine. The kitchen is very well equipped so if you plan to cook you will have everything you need. The bathrooms are very well equipped, The bedrooms all have patio doors onto the upper terrace which has a comfy rattan seating area to enjoy the quiet views of the countryside.
