Brand new home as of 6/1/2018. 15 miles from I75. Windows everywhere. You will have 180+ degrees of water. Plenty of room for relaxing and taking in the views. The house is extremely close to the water, so it is a short walk down to the water. Kitchen is large with a huge island. There are two refrigerators for extra space, and main level laundry. Verizon is the only phone service that does work, but sketchy at times. Texting seems to work the best with Verizon and using the Messenger app. There is a single slip covered dock, with a swim platform and two jet ski ports. If you want to have easy access to the lake with a feeling of being away from everyone and other houses, this is the place. There are three marinas close, if you want to have a bit of fun:) (Shanghai, Whitman Hollow by boat or car, Seqouia by boat). If you are bringing a boat, Whitman Hollow is on the way to the house. It has a launch (no charge like other places), and a place to keep your trailer, no charge. There is a boat launch on our street 1/4 mile down the road, but it has a long backup on cement, and is a little steep. I would recommend checking it out. The ramp is by the white Cove Pointe Community sign. You will pass it on the way to the house. Whitman Hollow’s ramp is short and gradual. I use the closer ramp, it just depends on your comfort level.
