Enjoy the charming old fisherman's city of Ericeira famous for its breathtaking sea side by staying in our spacious and bright studio with full commodities.
The 40 m2 studio has all the commodities that you need including two free regular bikes so you can cycle to the beach and city center through the safe cycling path, kitchen and barbecue area, WiFi.
We also have two electric bikes with surfrack mounted for rent so you can ride and surf anywhere in Ericeira. Feel free to contact us for pricing.
The space
The large studio of 40 m2 consists of the bedroom area which has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, a large mirrored wardrobe where you can store your clothes and two bedside tables.
The living room has a large classic sofa; a table where you can eat or play one of our games available (chess, monopoly, cards and mind games). There is also a big flat screen TV with HDMI port, satellite TV and a DVD player.
The kitchen area, you will find all the essential kitchen items that you may need. There is a small fridge with a few complimentary treats for you to enjoy, a kettle, coffee machine,toaster, microwave,oven, and tableware.
Available will be a stove also next to the barbecue so you could be able to cook your own meal!
PS: City tax of 2€ per person per night up to 7 nights will be requested upon check-in
The bathroom has a proper nice shower, storage units and complimentary towels.
Outside the studio there is a large garden, a barbecue, a table with chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast and afternoons overlooking the hills and the famous Sintra Mountains.
The neighboorhood/Location
The studio is located in a very calm area, where you can park right in front for free at all time even in peak summer!
Ericeira will provide you a true Portuguese experience. This cozy small village will delight you with its narrow cobblestone streets, the old fisherman houses with their traditional colors as well its rich, fresh and easy on the pocket seafood cuisine. If you're looking for sea related activities you'll find plenty across the different beaches.
Getting around:
The studio is located 5 minutes away by car from center of Ericeira and you can park right in front of our property for free where there is always a place available. We have two bikes for you to use for free and you can take the secure cycling path till the Ericeira downtown or to the beach that will only take you 15 minutes! For public transport, the bus stop is only 2 minutes walking distance from our property, the busses run every 15 minutes and will take you to the center of Ericeira in 10 minutes and to Lisbon in 45 minutes.
There are several cities that you can enjoy while staying in Ericeira:
-Our beautiful historical capital Lisbon is located 40 km from where we live, there is highway access till Lisbon
-The UNESCO cultural landscape and beautiful town of Sintra is located 22 km away with easy access by car
-World famous town of Cascais town is located 3km from our place
