Villa Sofia, an exquisite and modern house, sits on the ocean front in the quaint fishing village of Salema on the Western Algarve. The villa has open plan living leading to a gorgeous terrace with a front line view of the Atlantic ocean. There are two swimming pools - a 20m lap pool for exercise and a pool for relaxation and family fun. The villa has four delightful ensuite bedrooms which can be configured to accommodate up to 10 people (max 8 adults). There is a large luxury master suite complete with walk-in wardrobe and kitchenette - perfect for making that morning coffee to enjoy in bed, while watching the great expanse of ocean before you. The upstairs bedrooms lead to a grand terrace with spectacular views of the clear blue sea and Salema's wonderful sandy beach. The downstairs bedroom, with it's exquisite interiors, has step-free access.
The house has a modern, open-plan, entertainer's kitchen with Meile appliances which include three ovens, two dishwashers, a large fridge, two freezers and a large wine cooler. The villa comes with a gym equipped with Technogym gear. There is even a mini football/sports pitch on the roof terrace with the most amazing 360 degree views!
All rooms come with modern TVs, two of which have 85inch screens for that cinema experience. The utility room has two large washing machines , two dryers, an automatic ceiling "Foxy Dryer" and also a double fridge freezer.
As well as its clean, golden sand beach, Salema boasts numerous restaurants and bars right on the sea front, with some of the finest local cuisine around. Watersports are readily available as well as boat tours to see the local famous caves or dolphins. 15km away is the wonderful, historic town of Lagos with its shops, beaches and restaurants. The western Algarve coastline, a national park area, is simply stunning. With myriad hiking and cycling options and many golden sand beaches to chose from.
