Capturing the stunning views of Spring Lake, the home is professionally decorated with an eye toward a casual, lakeside elegance. It features 5 bedrooms plus a den, 5 full baths and 2 half baths. It will comfortably handle 10 adults and features an open, modern design with a gourmet kitchen, wide-plank wood floors, outdoor kitchen and an infinity pool (heated) with spa.
Take your morning coffee or tea on the outside lanai complete with motorized screens and enjoy the breathtaking lake view every day.
Relax by the fire pit in the evening or soak in the spa.
Guests are a five minute walk to the luxury shopping and dining of 5th Avenue, and a two hundred yard stroll to Cambier Park where they can play tennis, basketball or bocci ball. Younger guests will enjoy the fully-equipped playground at the park too.
Naples features immediate access to the Gulf of Mexico and there are a myriad of boat rentals, dinner cruises and deep sea fishing opportunities. Trust us, you will want to stay longer.
