This apartment is situated in a very quiet area and, despite this relaxing atmosphere inside the apartment, is very close to the modern city center and the historic center (downtown), as well as the Douro river and the sea in Foz.
It is located in the green area of the Pasteleira. At a walking distance you can reach the river's edge, the sea, the tram or bus, which take you directly to downtown.
From here you can easily reach:

* tram / bus / tourist bus stop at 350 meters / 4 min. on foot, direct to Ribeira
* Douro River within 400 meters
* beach / sea 2km away from here (ideal for swimming, sunbathing, sunbathing, surfing, walking, ...)
