When entering this beautiful home, you walk into the main level sporting a spacious open floor plan with traditional yet modern feel. Enjoy the comfortable furniture while watching the flat-screen TV. A half bathroom sits right off of this living space.
Gather around the dining room table with seating for six, which opens up to the wood-crafted kitchen area with updated appliances. The granite countertops expand throughout the kitchen allowing for additional barstool seating. Take in the beautiful sights from the windows at any time of the day or step out onto the screened-in back porch that overlooks hole #18 on the Turtle Point Golf Course.
The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and is furnished with a king bed and has access to the back porch. This room contains a full private bathroom containing his and her sinks, a beautiful vanity, a modern style soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
