Summary: Staff could be more pleasant and welcoming towards non white guests. It's obvious they behave differently towards non white individuals. The gentleman at the front didn't even bother to help me with bags or door when I was checking out and getting into a taxi.. didn't expect it from a Ronald owned hotel.
