The house is located in Quinta dos Salicos / Carvoeiro and just five minutes drive from the center of Carvoeiro. The beaches Carvoeiro, Vale de Centeanes, Carvalho and Benagil can be reached by car in five minutes. On private property there is ample parking. Electric shutters and an alarm system provide protection and safety.
The villa is modern and stylish and has free Wi-Fi. The rooms are spacious and all have air conditioning (extra charge). There are four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a guest toilet. Due to the walk-in closets you have for your luggage plenty of space.
From the hall a marble staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an exit to a very large terrace, which allows a wide panoramic view with fantastic sunsets. This includes a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a shower and a double sink and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom with shower, double sink bathroom is right next to it.
The base price is for 8 people, up to 2 more people possible.
The ground floor has the other two bedrooms with double beds, the associated bathrooms and the guest toilet.
Sheets and towels are changed weekly.
The living room is bright and friendly. A fireplace provides in colder temperatures for warmth. Satellite TV can be received. Right next to the living room, a large dining area is connected. From here you get into the superbly appointed kitchen. In utility room off the kitchen are u. A. Washer, dryer and ironing station.
From the living room you reach the partly covered terrace with swimming pool (12x6) and outdoor shower and a garden with built-in BBQ and sink. The swimming pool has a shallow and a deep area. Children have enough space to run around. Chairs and other garden furniture are plentiful. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the garden with its indigenous plants and palm trees and of course on the landscape. A relaxing vacation is nothing in the way!
