The space
-The studio is cleaned and disinfected after each checkout. You will be assured that everything is held up to the highest cleaning standards. Linens and towels will be laundered and fresh made up just for your arrival.

Guest access
You will have 100% privacy and access to everything in the studio space. No one else will be in your studio but your registered guests. You have a private outdoor seating and grilling area. The parking is dedicated for your vehicles. This is a private studio, that is located on a property with a main house. There could be vacation renters in that house at the time you are there, but it's just like having neighbors, you do not need to be in their space or visa versa. The home and studio is located on a lot that is almost an acre, which assure you there is plenty of room.

- No smoking inside (outside by grill is ok with use of ashtray and not leaving cigar or cigarette butts around)
- No pets allowed $300 post charge will be made if pets are evident
- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Note that 2 guests can sleep comfortably on the bed, we ask no sleeping on the sofa, as it's not set up with linens, so that is not allowed.
-If you are traveling with a friend and cannot sleep in the queen bed together, we ask you let us know, so we can leave out an air mattress to make sure you are both comfortable.
