5-bedroom flat on the 5th floor, featuring 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. The whole flat has plenty of natural light for a cozy environment and building includes a lift for easy access.

- The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from deposit).
- A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent.
- We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures.
- The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement.
- The rooms are for individual use except if we have a previous agreement.
- Visits are allowed but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner.
- All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the deposit paid.
- Check-in times during business hours are free of charge, any other times will have to be accepted by us and it will be charged.
- We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
This lovely room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk and chair. This room faces the space in between buildings which makes it a quieter atmosphere but still has plenty of exposure to natural light.
