Free transfer from Porto airport. All our 6 bedrooms are private. We are a coliving and coworking community, and most areas are shared with other residents – like the 2 bathrooms (3 bedrooms => 1 bathroom), the kitchenettes/living areas, the swimming pool, the gardens, and the coworking space – a stunning wooden cabin with comfortable chairs, 23.8" LCD monitors, a bathroom, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The free Wi-Fi is over 500 Mbps next to the router.
The future is hybrid, so balancing work, life, travel, and leisure is crucial. Our accommodation belongs to a small community living concept for like-minded people to live, work, and play together—our coliving is managed by the couple Mimi and Alexandre. Our motto is "We welcome citizens of the world".
A fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, plates, cutlery, cups, and a kitchen sink are available in each accommodation unit's kitchenette/living area. In the coworking space, you will have a bathroom and a kitchen with the same appliances as the accommodation unit's kitchenettes and, additionally, an Air Fryer, a rice cooker, a dual-plate induction cooker, a mixer, a juicer, several microwave cookware like a pot for potatoes and crisps, a rice pot, a multifunctional pot, and an eggs/omelets pot.
We have a solid sustainability plan formed by good practices endorsed by the BIOSPHERE audit team.

Working is good, but our guests must also feed their minds and body. Thus, we have developed fantastic activities, like barbecue parties, board game challenges, darts championships, and outdoor adventure events. Those who like adrenaline will enjoy kayaking, rafting, canyoning, surfing, and stand-up paddles.
Only guests may enter the property. We are a non-smoking property. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels once a week. Breakfast is not included. Accessibility: Property with steps on the outside and inside. We are located in the heart of Portugal's countryside, 50 km from Aveiro and 50 km from Porto. A small bakery/grocery store is located 150 meters from the property and is open daily from 07:30 to 11:00. There is a minimarket 2 km from The VALLEY (30 minutes walking). No metro or train is available. Buses are available on weekdays. Downtown is 4.2 km from the property, and we are flexible to take you there at no extra cost. You can find supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, bakeries, and all types of stores there. Electric bicycle, scooter, and car rental. Parking outside, in front of the Villa.
