Positive: It was very good located and very clean

Negative: Two days before the trip they wrote a WhatsApp informing one of the apartments booked was not available even though it was already paid but they had another one with “the exact same conditions”. It turned out to be a smaller place with no privacy and instead of a bed it was an air mattress in the middle of the living room. We felt tricked and disappointed, the manager was untruthful with the ‘mix-up’ and availability of the apartments.
