You’ll find the well-appointed kitchen perfect for family meals and a quick bite before heading to the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the back deck, overlooking a large lagoon. This home is a short walk or golf cart ride to the neighborhood playground and the community pool is across the street from the house! Enjoy the quiet side of Fripp and take in all the island has to offer including amazing wildlife, kayaking and more.
The Primary bedroom has a full ensuite with a single vanity and shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with tub/shower combo, with bedroom 3.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
