Set within 5 hectares of grounds, with a large pool and terraces for every occasion, Quinta Calinda is a dream retreat, ideal for people who enjoy entertaining and making the most of lavishing at home!
The garden surrounding the house is fenced, mature carob and olive trees provide shade for parking beside the house. The terrace encircles the house and there is seating on the veranda by the living area, by the pool and beside the kitchen. There are terraces on the upper floors with sea views.
The main house has an ample open plan living and dining area leading from a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The furniture is comfortable and the interior is well prepared for large families with children. The annex has another living and dining area, a kitchen and bathroom. There are standing fans supplied for the bedrooms.
Access is possible from the bedrooms and living spaces directly onto the terraces outside. There are mosquito screens throughout the property.
The pool dimensions are 12 x 5 metres with steps leading into the shallow end of the freshwater pool with Salt/Chlorine cleaning system. The pool is serviced once weekly during summer by a competent and reliable professional. 10 sun loungers deck the terrace around the pool and there are sun umbrellas, tables and chairs available.
Quinta Calinda has hosted many successful family holidays with children and elders of all ages. There is a cot and high chair provided.
The entrance to the ground floor is accessible by a ramp.

There are excellent golf courses within 20 to 40 minutes drive from the accommodation. The closest are Benamor, Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima, Monte Rei.

We allow flexible days for change over , though we aim to keep bookings as close as possible. Departure is by 10am and arrival is from 4pm unless otherwise arranged.
We provide a once weekly linen and bathroom towel change including a clean of the bathrooms.
There will be some toilet paper and soap for arrivals and a hamper of beverages, with additional breakfast and snacks are provided for late arrivals.
We recommend hiring a car when staying at this property, especially in the heat of summer…and for reaching all the beautiful and interesting places further afield. Car rental, taxi transfers and bicycle hire can be organized with local reputable firms in advance or by calling the local representative.
