Positive: This place is simply one of the best places I ever stayed. The house is amazingly designed and furnished (the pictures had me a bit worried). The backyard is huge and has everything from a fruit orchard to a pool to a theater stage. The house is located on a quiet country road. You have the whole place to yourself - which is amazing. The place has all the bells and whistles you want and is great for a family vacation. We enjoyed exploring from here. Santiago Do Cacem is a lovely little town with a castle and very few tourists. Going down to Porto Covo's wonderful beaches just takes 30 minutes. There are beaches of all sizes nestled in cliffs, most connected through tunnels. The kids loved it. But best of all are the hosts. Alexandre and his wife are honestly the best hosts we ever had.
