The house is set in a 5 acre wine producing farm.

Amarante is a beautiful, attractive old town with shops, supermarkets and restaurants, its older buildings hanging over the river where you can ride rowing boats.
Access to the house is via a private path that passes between vineyards and orchards. It has parking for the car, from which it descends to the front of the house and to the river through a grove of cork oaks, pines and chestnut trees. There is a terrace / patio where you can eat outside and enter the house on the first floor level. On this floor there is a large open space consisting of a seating area with sofas, TV and wood burning stove. In the middle of the space there is a four-seater dining table and in the corner a kitchen with built-in cabinets. The dining table overlooks a large balcony overlooking the river.
Down to the lower floor, which has two bedrooms with entrance through a spacious hall. Both bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, and overlook the valley. The hall also gives access to the bathroom / WC.
