There are beautifully decorated, intimate private terraces, a roof terrace, balconies, a large swimming pool, garden, 2 large outdoor dining tables, many sunbeds spread around the pool, a large barbecue terrace and many flowers and plants. There are a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 dining kitchens, 2 living rooms. To the left of the large swimming pool (11x4m, up to 2m. deep) is a large terrace with dining table and the traditional Portuguese barbecue and to the right is another large communal dining table on the terrace.

It is located in a rural area called Benfarras, where many orange and lemon trees grow and in a small agglomeration with a few other houses, about half an hour drive from the airport. Within walking distance is a nice traditional restaurant and 3 km is the village of Boliquieme with 2 large supermarkets and a few restaurants. There are several bicycle and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. You are within a fifteen minute drive on the beaches between Olhos de Agua and Vilamoura. Several golf courses are within reach. Loulé with its monumental market and old fun center and restaurants is 15 minutes drive away.
