This home features all the modern conveniences of home with rustic mountain charm. This smart home provides keyless entry with codes changed after each guest for added safety. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials. There is a mess free electric fireplace in the living room. The outdoor covered pavilion has a wood burning fireplace (firewood not provided) perfect for making s'mores and listening to the sounds of the river. Located on one of the most popular areas for fly fishing. Pack your fishing poles! Hot tub is adjacent to the pavilion. Hot tub fee can be removed if you do not wish to use it.

Parking available for 3 cars. Rear wheel drive not recommended on incline driveway but there is a small area for parking alongside the road across from the house.
