Summary: The good: the front desk lady is very nice and helpful. It's quite inexpensive. There is also on-site parking.
The bad: the area around it isn't the best. There's not much to do.If it weren't for on-site parking, street parking is a pain. You have to walk up a flight of stairs, so if you have heavy suitcases, be prepared.
The ugly: the room is small, cramped, and not in the best shape. No AC. It's also noisy, especially when the garbage truck comes early in the morning.

Summary: Really friendly and helpful service. Great location as very close to metro to get to the centre easily. For the price, you won’t find much better than here.

Summary: Ist it outside of Porto? Yes. Are other rooms smaller than ours was? Yes. We had a larger one as we stayed for four nights but the rooms are nice, clean, the towels fresh every day (although we hung them up), the owner friendly and there is plenty of free parking.
We walked into town but there is also a bus stop right at the residencial. WiFi worked perfectly.
Tiny signs of mold in shower ceiling but we did not mind the slightest.
Positive: rooms, although without A/C are not boiling hot.
