The villa (built in 1934, intervention target in 2015) located on the coast of Laurel on Earth site Cha, with views over the village of São Vicente on Madeira Island (5 minutes walk from the same village ).
It is 30 minutes from Funchal and 45 minutes from Madeira Airport.
The property has a total area of 5050 m2, which is exercised an agricultural activity for consumption, with many fruit trees and laurel (laurel).
