3 Bedroom Villa in Ferragudo
One double bed with en-suite bathroom (& cot); two twin-bedded rooms sharing a bathroom; sitting room with double bed sofas, wood-burner, hi-fi, telephone wi-fi; entrance hall with single bed sofas and wood-burning stove; well-equipped kitchen and integral dining room; washing machine; large terrace with barbecue and tables for eating; 8x4m pool (heated) surrounded by large terrace and stylish cafe furniture; well kept large garden with lawn and fruit trees; internal parking for cars.
There is also a covered space on the roof where my son likes to sleep, and another room by the pool with a single bed, but no bathroom.
Although it has only three bedrooms, by using the bed sofas we have had more than a dozen staying in the villa. There is enough bedding for that many people, and enough cutlery (not all matching) and crockery (mostly matching) for them.
I have a leaflet on how to arrive at the villa, be it by public transport, shuttle from the airport, or car. There is also a comprehensive information leaflet on the use of the amenities in the villa, suggestions for exploration and some local restaurants that we patronise.
The villa will be cleaned between visitors, but it is expected that you keep the villa clean and leave it tidy and reasonably clean. Similarly you should respect the garden, and ensure your children don’t ruin the flower beds.
The villa needs to be vacated by ten o’clock in the morning and you can enter the villa from four at the latest. If your flights are such that arrive earlier or depart late, then you can still use the pool, garden and outside loo, but not the kitchen and the interior of the villa.
Please contact me to check on rental rates. Unfortunately the new pricing structure imposed by HomeAway is different to the previous one, and does not reflect what I want. Basically the weekly rent is the same even if for more than one month’s stay, so please check with me prior to booking, and I suggest that you don’t book straightaway, but contact me first.
I require a non-refundable deposit of about 10% to secure the booking, and the remainder to be paid a month before the first day of booking; I shall send you the keys by post on receipt of the final payment.
