Positive: Good location. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped.

Negative: There is an incredible amount of moisture in the air in the apartment and it smells like a basement. We used to turn on the dehumidifier next to the bed and empty it every morning, and the container was always more than half full, which is over 1l of water, which I think is an incredible amount of moisture to sleep in such conditions. The heating is only with a small radiator, which was not enough to heat the room since it was cold at night. The bathroom was not cleaned well, there were black hairs stuck to the wall (from previous guests or who knows from when). Such things destroy the positive side that the apartment is affordable and in a good location.
