South Beach has a wonderful atmosphere, is safe for swimming, has beautiful parklands and barbeque areas and is popular with both locals and tourists. The beach itself is a 700 metre stroll away from my home. The South Beach Hotel and local cafes and restaurants are also close by and within easy walking distance.
Fremantle is less than 3 kms away and has many historic attractions and buildings such as the old Fremantle Prison and Round House plus many cafes, restaurants, hotels and small bars. Perth CBD is only 30 minutes from Fremantle by train. A free CAT bus runs from South Beach to Fremantle every 15 minutes during the day.
My property is a spacious 2 storey house featuring;
3 bedrooms, 3 separate living areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a large oven and hot plates, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and numerous electrical appliances;
An indoor dining area with an 8 seat table;
2 spacious bathrooms with a spa in the master bedroom and a separate powder room;
